Volume is a function of the square of the radius.
(9/10)^2 = 81/100

For the 10 inch pan:
V+=+pi%2Ar%5E2%2Ah+=+pi%2A100%2A3
V = 300 pi cubic inches

For 9 inch:
V = 300pi*81/100
V = 243 pi cubic inches
