First find the volume of the aquarium by using V=l*w*h
The volume is 3888 (24*9*18)
Now find that 1 cubic ft = 1728 cubic in (12*12*12; 12 inches in each foot)
Now divide 3888 by 1728 to find the number of cubic feet there are in the aquarium. (2.25 cubic feet)
Now multiple the volume by the amount of gallons per cubic foot.
There are 16.875 gallons in the aquarium.
