The reference angle is the angle A in the first quadrant,
0%5Eo%3C=A%3C=90%5Eo , whose trigonometric functions are the same,
except for (maybe) a minus sign.
To find it, you just find the reflection of your angle that will fall into the first quadrant.
3%2890%5Eo%29=370%5Eo%3C307%5Eo%2C360%5Eo=4%2890%5Eo%29 so theta=307%5Eo is in the fourth quadrant.
