You can put this solution on YOUR website!
what is the phase shift for 3sin(3x+pi/2)
If y=asin(bx+c)+d the phase shift is -c/b
In your case b=3 and c=(pi/2)
Phase shift = -[(pi/2)]/3 = (-1/6)pi
