You can put this solution on YOUR website!

S16 = 200 + 200(1.06) + ... + 200(1.06)^15

S%28n%29+=+a%281%29%28%281-r%5En%29%2F%281-r%29%29

S%2816%29+=+200%28%281-1.06%5E16%29%2F%281-1.06%29%29

Use a calculator....

Note $200*16 = $3200, so your answer should be somewhere around $4000 to $5000; if not, you didn't do the calculation correctly.

.

S16 = 200 + 200(1.06) + ... + 200(1.06)^15

S%28n%29 = a%281%29%2A%28%281-r%5En%29%2F%281-r%29%29                 <<<---<<< notice the degree index in the numerator (!)

S%2816%29 = 200%2A%28%281-1.06%5E16%29%2F%281-1.06%29%29 = 5134.506     (approximately)         ANSWER
