With my calculator, I get +arctan%28+1.6852+%29+=+59.315+ degrees
Because +tan%28+59.315+%29+=+1.6852+, I can eliminate
the 2nd and 4th quadrants where the tan is negative.

In the first quadrant, I just have +59.315+ degrees
In the 3rd quadrant, I have +180+%2B+59.315+=+239.315+ degrees
