area = sq rt (s-a)(s-b)(s-c)
where s=(a+b+c)/2
s=28.8+22.7+38.4=89.9/2=44.95
area=sq rt (44.95-28.8)(44.95-22.7)(44.95-38.4)
= sq rt(16.15)(22.25)(6.55)=sq rt(2353.66)=48.51 sq cm
