Side c cannot be shorter than or equal to the difference of sides a and b, so...

The shortest that side c can be is 55cm.
Also, side c cannot be longer than or equal to the sum of sides a and b, so...

c+%3C+31%2B85
c+%3C+116
The longest that side c can be is 115cm.
