Let them meet at distance x km
car speed = 50 km/h
time for car to travel x miles is x/50
motor cycle time = x/70
motorcycle takes 8 minutes less to travel same distance
8 minutes = 8/60 = 2/15 hours
time taken by car - time taken by motor cycle = 2/15 hours
x/50 - x/75 = 2/15
LCD =150
(3x-2x)/150 =2/15
x/150 =2/15
cross multiply
15x=2*150
15x=300
/15
x=20
they will draw level at 20 km
