At 65 mph:

t+=+2%2F65 hours
The difference is:
2%2F45+-+2%2F65 hours
hours or approx. 0.82 minutes or approx. 49.23 seconds. VERY SMALL DIFFERENCE. NOT WORTH SPEEDING THROUGH A WORK ZONE.
