Your commute is 10 miles to work and 10 miles from work or 20 miles per day. 20*5 = 100 miles traveled in 5 days.

100miles / 23 mpg = appox. 4.345 gallons of gas.

4.345 gallons * $3.55/gallon is appox. $15.43.

With a 10 mile round-trip,
5 x 10 = 50 miles in a work week
...
50m / 23mpg = 2.17 gallons
...
$3.55 x 2.17 gal = $7.70 in gas for the week
