( 1.5 m/sec ) x ( 1 km/1000 m ) x ( 60 sec / min ) x ( 60 min / hr ) =

+18+ km/hr
Notice that the conversion has (sec/sec) x (min/min) x (m/m) and
you're left with km/hr
