Distance(d) equals Rate(r) times Time(t) or d=rt; r=d/t and t=d/r
Let change mi/hr into ft/sec:
1mi=5280ft
1 hr=60*60=3600sec, soooo
1 mi/hr=5280ft/3600sec=1.467 ft/sec, soooo
65 mi/hr=65*(1.467) ft/sec=95 1/3 ft
