3 hours and 20 minutes = 3 and 1/3 hours. 3 and 1/3 needs to be converted to an improper fraction. 3 and 1/3 = 10/3.
speed=200miles%2F%2810%2F3%29hours Dividing by a fraction requires you to multiply by its reciprocal.
speed=200%2A%283%2F10%29
speed=60 miles per hour
