This is an RTD problem, rate x time = distance. We know d = 45 and t = 10, so we get r as
r = 45 meters / 10 minutes.
we reduce to get
r = 9 meters / 2 min.
From here not sure if we convert to miles per hour or are done.

I don't car how fast the car goes my average speed doesn't change because I am not in the car.
