RETURN             60        t+1/3      d

Maybe easier to solve for t first and use it to find d. Not the only way.

With distance being D, the correct equation you need is a TIME equation, in the form of: D%2F70+=+D%2F60+-+1%2F3
Solve this for D, the distance.
That's all....nothing COMPLEX and/or CONFUSING.
