warm fills 2 tubs per hour.
both fill 3 1/3 tubs per hour
cold would fill 1 1/3 tubs in one hour or 45 minutes for 1 tub.

rate + rate = together rate
1/30 + 1/x = 1/18
18x + 18*30 = 30x

The cold fills 1/t of the tub/minute.

Together, they fill (1/30 + 1/t) of the tub/minute.
1/30 + 1/t = 1/18
(t + 30)/30t = 1/18
18(t+30) = 30t
18t + 540 = 30t
12t = 540
t = 45 minutes
