Question 69115: I need to write the equation of a line that passes through (-5,0).
Would the answer to this be x=-5?

You can put this solution on YOUR website! Yes that answer could work. Actually, many solutions could work in this case since only point is specified. If you want an equation in y form, you could say y=0 and that would work, since the line goes through x=-5. Imagine the point (-5,0) is an anchor for a spinner. In your solution your graph, or spinner, is completely vertical. The "spinner" could have any slope as long as it goes through (-5,0).
