Below is my explanation of this problem as if it were a regular multiplication of square roots problem. However, I just noticed that in the given problem, the middle factor is ZERO!! So the entire answer is zero!! The following explanation is not needed in this case. However, I will post the entire solution, since most problems do NOT work in this EASY way.

I have a pretty good section on square roots on my own website. Go to my website by clicking on my tutor name "rapaljer" anywhere in algebra.com. Take the first link, which is called "Basic and Intermediate Algebra: One Step at a Time". Look for "Chapter 5" which is an entire chapter from first level algebra on square roots. You probably need to see section 5.04 which is multiplication of square roots.
Also, look for the "MATH IN LIVING COLOR" page, and check out Basic Algebra, Chapter 5, Section 5.04.
