You can put this solution on YOUR website!
let lenth is L and breadth is B of rectangle
as we know that the perimeter of rectangle is 2(L+B)
so 2(L+B)=38 inches
L+B=19
as we seen that L=B+3
put this value above we get
B+3+B=19
2B=16
B=8
so L=8+3=11
so L=11 inches
B=8 inches
