and alemu can paint 1%2F2 of the same house.
Working to gether, per hour they would paint
1%2F4%2B1%2F2=3%2F4 of the same house.
So, working, to paint the whole house, it would take them
1%2F%28%283%2F4%29%29hours=highlight%284%2F3%29hours=highlight%28%221+hour+20+minutes%22%29 .
