(x/10)*(10/100) + (x/4)*(5/100) + (x/3)*(6/100) + (2x/30) = 5400

Reduce where you can:
(x/100) + (x/80) + (x/50) + (x/15) = 5400
Multiply thru by 1200 to get:
12x + 15x + 24x + 80x = 1200*5400
131x = 1200*5400
x = 49465.65...
