(x-2)^2/5 - (y+3)^2/12 = 1

Multiply thru by 60 to get:
12(x^2-4x+4) - 5(y^2+6y+9) = 60

12x^2 - 48x + 48 -5y^2-30y-45 = 60
---
12x^2 - 5y^2 -48x -30y -57 = 0
