For every 1 minute you type, you type 80 words.

For ever 30 minutes you type, you type x words.

In simpler terms, 80 is to 1 as x is to 30.

Then set up the proportion:

80%2F1=x%2F30

Then cross multiply:

30%2A80=1%2Ax

2400=x

So the answer is 2400 words.

Which we also could have gotten by simply multiplying 80 times 30. ;)
