for P(2 red ribbons) both ribbons must be red.
probability that first is red = 9/ 25

probability that second is also red = 8/24
(as ribbon not replaced, after taking first only 8 red ribbons in total 24 )

for P(2 red ribbons) both event must be occur

so P(2 red ribbons) = (9/25) * (8/24) = 3/25
