You can put this solution on YOUR website! By changing the scale, they can make something look more or less significant.
They can show that what appears to be a trend is not and vice versa.
They depend upon the data obtained, and if one falsifies the data, or the data for any reason is not representative, the visual representation in the graph will be falsified as well. Covid frequency after the holidays shows on the graph a decline, but this is likely due to backlogs in reporting rather than a true decline.
