Factor 36-49s%5E2 to get %286%2B7s%29%286-7s%29

So we can see that the LCM is %286%2B7s%29%286-7s%29 since this is the lowest common multiple of each.


Note: You can FOIL that result to get 36-49s%5E2 back again, but the two are the same.
