x^3+8x^2+2x+16  Note: x = -8 is a root, thus(x+8) one factor

Applying synthetic division: (x^3+8x^2+2x+16)/(x+8) = x^2 + 2

		-8	0	-16

	1	0	2	0

x^3+8x^2+2x+16 = (x+8)(x^2+2) = x^3 + 8x^2 + 2x + 16
