[(x^2-y^2)/(4x+4y)]/[(3y-3x)/(12x^2)]
= [(x+y)(x-y)]/[4(x+y)]*(12x^2)/[3(y-x)]
= (x-y)(x^2)/[-(x-y)]
= -x^2
