your equation looks ok, but 5³ is 125 not 97.34 ... answer should be 523.6cm³

for b., if the peel is 0.5cm then the edible radius is 4.5cm ... using same equation gives 381.7cm³

for c., 381.7/523.6=0.729 ... 72.9%
