You can put this solution on YOUR website! It either is or is not, depending on what you want with it, or how you expect to use it. As written, the total number of parts is 4+10=14. Making into a percent using 4 parts or 10 parts is mostly difficult because 14 is not conveniently in 100 equal parts. A given situation might not allow smaller denominations of the 4 or of the 10 parts; they may need to stay as whole numbers.
