Hi
Parallelogram abcd, ab=3x+2, dc=10x-12 and ad=5x-2. what kind of parallelogram is abcd?
3x + 2 = 10x -12 |opposite sides congruent
x = 2 and ab and dc are each 8. |[ab=(3x+2) and dc=(10x-12)]
ad = 5x-2; ad = 8, as well as bc = 8 |opposite sides congruent
This Parallelogram is a rhombus by definition: all sides are of equal length
