so -1%2F3+%F7+2+1%2F4++=+%28-1%2F3%29+%2F%289%2F4%29
=+%28-1%2F3%29%2A%284%2F9%29
=%28-1%2A4%29%2F%283%2A9%29
=-4%2F27
