.55x + 1.25y = 25
when y = 0, x = 25/.25
when x = 0, y = 25/1.25
replace x with any value between 0 and 25/.25 and solve for y in the equation.
replace y with any value between 0 and 25/1.25 and solve for x in the equation.
for example, when x = 20, the equation becomes .55 * 20 + 1.25 * y = 25
solve for y to get y = (25 - .55 * 20) / 1.25 = 11.2.
