If digits can repeat there are a lot of choices like 5554.


I digits cannot repeat but 0 is allowed than it can be 7840, or 8740, 0r 7084 etc.


Other 4 digit numbers add to 19. Some are 7831, 6832 and 5842.


Unless the problem has more constraints, there are many choices.
