you can call the numbers n and n%2B1
given:

+4n+=+3n+%2B+3+%2B+13+
+n+=+16+
+n%2B+1+=+17+
the numbers are 16 and 17
check:
+4%2A16+=+3%2A%2816+%2B+1%29+%2B13+
