The circumference(C) of the clock is pi * D, where D is the diameter,
D = 2 * r, r is radius and convert r to cm's
r = 1.12 * 100 = 112 cm's, now
D = 2 * 112 = 224 cm's
C = 22/7 * 224 = 22 * 32 = 704 cm's
rate * time = distance
rate * 60 = 704
note there are 60 minutes in an hour
rate = 704 / 60 = 11.733333333 cm's / minute
