cargo truck has already traveled 2 hours when the bus starts.
so it has traveled 2x km.

The bus catches up after time t=5
..
t = d/r
5=2x/(70-x)
multiply by (70-x)
5(70-x)=2x
350-5x=2x
+5x
350=2x+5x
350=7x
/7
350/7 = x
50=x

the speed of cargo truck = 50 km/hr.
