You can put this solution on YOUR website!
-5(x^2-4X+4)+9
=-5x^2+20x-20+9
=-5x^2+20x-11
vertex x co-ordinate = -b/2a
=-20/2*-5
=2
plug the value of 2 in the equation
-20+40-11
=9
Vertex ( 2,9)
...
-5x^2+20x-11
discriminant = 180
x1= (-20+sqrt(180)/-10
= 0.65
xintercept = (0.65,0)
x2=(-20-sqrt(180))/-10
x2= 3.34
x intercept = (3.34,0)
...
for y intercept plug x=0
y= -11 the y intercept.
