You can put this solution on YOUR website!
the outside perimeter of the path is 34 meters.
since it is a square garden, then the length of each side is 34 / 4 = 8.5 meters.

if the path is 1 meter wide, then each side will be 2 meters less (1 meter less on each side).

the length of each side would then be 6.5 meters.
the perimeter of the garden would then be 4 * 6.5 = 26 meters.
