You can put this solution on YOUR website! I went to Chicago for work.
For some reason, a lot of rental cars were in use.
I had to take a van to a place off the airport to a rental agency.
A couple speaking some other language was on the van with me.
---
When the van stopped, the couple "elbowed" me, and got into the rental office 1st.
=================
They talked to the agent, and were told they got some POS csr for their two (2) week rental.
They were just 3 or 4 feet away from me.
---
The agent I talked to said, "The POS cars were sold out, and I would get a free upgrade."
I got a Chrysler 300 for $14 for 1 day, they got a Ford Pinto for $27/day for 2 weeks.

Being rude doesn't always get you what you want.
