Notice how in the second row of the second matrix, the value 5 goes to 3 and the value 4 goes to 3. So what happened here was that we subtracted the first row from the second row

In other words, this occurred: R2-R1


So let x=unknown entry


So this means that x=1-1=0


So the missing number is 0
