two sides x & y ( y shortest side)
Longest side = (x+y)+4
2y=(x+y)+4-9
2y=x+y-5
x-y=5................(1)
x+y+x+y+4=70
2x+2y+4=70
2x+2y=66
/2
x+y=33.................(2)
Add (1) & (2)
2x=38
x=19
y=14 ( shortest side)
70-(33)=37
37 longest side
