The slope formula: m = %28y2-y1%29%2F%28x2-x1%29
Assign the given points as follows:
x1=3, y1=4
x2=1, y2=0
so we have
m = %280-4%29%2F%281-3%29 = %28-4%29%2F%28-2%29 = +2 is the slope
