You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Any equation in slope intercept form would be in the form y=mx%2Bb where m is the slope and (0,b) is the y-intercept. In this case, the slope is m = -4 and the y-intercept is (0,9), which means that b = 9


So the equation is y=-4x%2B9 (after plugging in m = -4 and b = 9)
