You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(x,8)and(4,1)
slope=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
7=(1-8)/(4-x)
7=-7/(4-x)
7(4-x)=-7
28-7x=-7
-7x=-7-28
-7x=-35
x=-35/-7
x=-5
ans. (-5,8)& (4,1)
y=7x+b
8=7*-5+b
8=-35+b
b=8+35
b=43
y=-5x+43 is the line equation.
