You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(3/4)(3x - 1/2) - (1/3) < (2/3)
---
Add (1/3) to both sides to get:
(3/4)(3x - 1/2) < 1
---
(9/4)x - (3/8) < 1
Multiply thru by 8 to get rid of the denominators:
18x - 3 < 8
18x < 11
x < 11/18
================
