You can
put this solution on YOUR website!
-3< (2x-1)/3<7
------------------
Multiply thru by 3 to get:
-9 < 2x-1 < 21
Add 1 along the line to get:
-8 < 2x < 22
Divide by 2 along the line:
-4 < x < 11
