You can put this solution on YOUR website!
.

Step by step.

    (1)   Multiply both sides by  3.

    (2)   After that,  divide both sides by  pi.

    (3)   After that,  divide both sides by  r^2.

Now what you get is your answer.

Is everything clear to you,  from the first step to the last line ?

V=1/3πr^2h
Not a formula
===============
It's ambiguous as shown.
Use V=(1/3)πr^2h
or
V = πr^2h/3
======================
It is a formula. Why do you say it's not?
PS it's the Greek letter pi.
Not pie, not cake.
