x-intercept is value of x when y = 0 and occurs at x = 15.
y-intercept is value of y when x = - and occurs at y = -9.
slope is (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1).
let (x1,y1) = (0,-9)
let (x2,y2) = (50,21)
(y2-y1) = 21 - (-9) = 21 + 9 = 30
(x2-x1) = 50 - 0 = 50
(y2-y1) / (x2-x1) = 30 / 50 = 3/5
slope intercept form of equation is y = mx + b
m is the slope (equal to 3/5).
b is the y-intercept (equal to -9).
